Genoa, July 28 2014 – Costa Concordia project is now completed, we made it, all together! Yesterday a Costa employees delegation was present at wreck's arrival at Genova Voltri Terminal, and at around 11,30 we could see her entering the breakwater barrier. She was moored at about 3 pm, after an impeccable maneuver. Then early afternoon, a great surprise with the visit of the Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi who also privately met Costa people, delivering to all of us a clear message: Costa is back, good job guys!
Needless to say that the day has been very long, moving and full of incredible emotions, that will remain in our memory forever. Our deepest thanks to all the participants, and to all those that have been following this memorable day from some corner within the area or on tv.
